Abazanya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

2. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our website or other designated platforms.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Abazanya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process, including billing and shipping details.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods specified at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
  • Abazanya is not responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, for international orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Abazanya is not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact abazanya.customerservice@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-returnable items include personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

6. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free.
  • Colors and appearances may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or device display settings.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • Products are covered by a limited warranty as specified in the product description or accompanying documentation.
  • Abazanya’s liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled or modified before processing by contacting abazanya.customerservice@gmail.com. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Abazanya may cancel an order if there are issues with payment, product availability, or suspected fraud, with notice provided to the customer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts of France.
